Joseph has more than 12 years’ experience and a proven track record in B2B marketing communications. He’s worked in-house for leading industrial corporations Emerson and Nidec, and has also worked agency-side at global public relations firm Edelman, where he was on a range of client accounts including General Electric and Microsoft UK. He is highly experienced at all facets of building, managing and implementing B2B marketing communications campaigns. 

Chloe joined Golden Brain as Account Manager in 2022, bringing with her a wealth of previous sales and marketing experience with leading market research company Interact Analysis, particularly around industrial and warehouse automation, and commercial vehicles. She has built relationships with the industry’s leading media outlets and makes sure she gets clients noticed, securing coverage in top publications such as the Financial Times and the Wall Street Journal, in addition to leading industry press. She is dedicated to building relationships with clients and media outreach to make sure their messages are communicated clearly and widely.

Gemma has been involved in managing and writing campaigns, strategy and journalism for more than 20 years, writing for a huge range of companies and organizations worldwide. This includes over 10 years working for a leading UK communications agency, working as a journalist managing and producing national and consumer news, and working for a UK political party managing campaigns, including the production of literature and digital communications. Gemma has also gained wider experience in the film and digital sphere and has a PhD from the University of Manchester. She brings strong creative flair to creating content and strategic communications for Golden Brain’s clients.

Lynn is Head of Marketing and has 20 years’ experience in B2B and B2C markets, in the UK and internationally, and is supporting the rapid growth of the company.

As Vice President of Business Development, Rich leads our global sales efforts. He’s a proven sales leader with 25+ years’ experience in driving sales of market intelligence services, and is pivotal in accelerating the strong client support and development.

Operations manager Laura has over 15 years’ management and business support experience. She is supporting the rapid growth of the company, leading accounting, project management, process management and recruitment activities in the UK, US and China.
