BRIEF
VisionNav Robotics is a global leader in AGV and AMR technology. The company wanted to make the most of its appearances at MODEX 2024 in Atlanta, US, and LogiMAT 2024 in Stuttgart, Germany. Golden Brain was chosen to organize and support media events at both trade shows, in addition to creating PR and media communications around the events.
OUR SOLUTION
We carried out all the necessary arrangements around the media events at MODEX 2024 and LogiMAT 2024, including bookings, invitations and liaising with journalists. Tailored media campaigns and press packs were created for both events and circulated to both attendees and a wider industry focused media list.
Public Relations
We created a media list of relevant robotics and logistics journalists/editors and promoted VisionNav’s news to them. Overall, across 2 event campaigns, we achieved more than 20 stories in relevant European and US trade media publications such as DC Velocity, Automated Warehouse and Logistics Business.
Content Creation
For both campaigns we created press releases and press packs, as well as providing advice on presentations for the events.
Event Management
Both PR events for VisionNav were well attended by trade journalists. Featuring a presentation from VisionNav’s local teams, the events concluded with engaging Q&A sessions. Our post show PR outreach and follow-up work generated significant interest, promoting the company’s brand and new product launch well beyond the event.
OUR IMPACT
Coverage in 14 relevant US trade magazines and over 10 European trade magazines, as well as a number of follow-up articles after the media events. Many key robotics and logistics industry trade media editors and journalists are now aware of VisionNav and its solutions.
